She has taught across all key stages including Special Schools and Early Years. Sue has worked with pupils, staff and management in her roles as Adviser for Music (Hampshire Music Service), Deputy Director (Southampton Music Services), Deputy Head (Portsmouth Music Service) and Music Adviser (Guernsey). Sue’s experience includes working as an OFSTED Inspector, a Workforce Remodelling Adviser and Creativity Consultant. Sue provides training for schools,INSET days, school/community workshops and corporate team building. Sue is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Jim Bernadin Jim is a multi-instrumental percussionist with a passion for world music. He started his career as a professional drummer and later gained a first class degree in music composition, performance and writing. He has been teaching and leading workshops in schools for many years, as well as remaining busy as a performer. The drum4success team comprises a range of specialist workshop leaders and trainers who work at proven levels of excellence to ensure clients recieve the best possible provision to suit their needs.
